Refunds

ORDER POLICIES

  • All eligible items for return, refund, or replacement must be within the 30-day warranty period from the time of receipt. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

  • Cancellation, re-routing, or refund requests are not applicable to orders already confirmed in transit with active tracking numbers.

  • Damaged or defective items must be reported within the 30-day warranty period by emailing help@thekitchenmaiden.com.

  • Shipping fees for issues not caused by KitchenMaiden are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the initial shipping fee and applicable restocking fee will be deducted.

  • Photo and video evidence is required for any replacement or refund request.

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs in cases not caused by KitchenMaiden.

  • Refunds or replacements may not be applied to issues that are not KitchenMaiden’s error.


RESTOCKING FEE

  • A restocking fee of up to $15 will be deducted from refunds for cases not caused by KitchenMaiden.


RETURN POLICY

Non-eligible for Return, Exchange, or Refund

  • Buyer mistakes (incorrect color, description, quantity, wrong item ordered, etc.)

  • Items past the 30-day warranty period


RETURNED TO SENDER

If an order is returned due to:
“Insufficient Address,” “No one at location,” “Moved,” or any similar issue:

  • We can reship the item one time with an updated address.

  • If the reshipment fails, a refund will be processed minus the restocking fee and initial shipping fee (if applicable).


RE-ROUTING DELIVERY

  • Re-routing, refunds, or reshipments are not applicable to items already in transit or delivered.

  • Address changes must be submitted before shipment.

  • If the wrong address was provided, it is the buyer’s responsibility to retrieve the package from the listed delivery location.


SHIPPING INFORMATION ACCURACY

  • Buyers must review and confirm all shipping information before submission.

  • KitchenMaiden is not liable for non-delivery or returned orders caused by incorrect shipping information.

  • Reshipments due to address errors will incur a reshipment fee (starting at $6).


RESHIPMENT POLICY

A reshipment fee (starting at $6) applies to failed deliveries not caused by KitchenMaiden, including:
“Insufficient Address,” “No one at location,” “No Such Number,” “Moved,” “Forwarded,” “Location Inaccessible,” and similar cases.


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

KitchenMaiden is not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier.
Upon inquiry, we will provide:

  • Delivery confirmation

  • Tracking history

  • Carrier details
    so the customer may investigate with the shipping provider.


REFUND POLICY

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

Eligible for Refund:

  • Items returned due to buyer error (minus shipping and restocking fees)

  • Items proven damaged, defective, broken, tarnished, or missing parts within the 30-day warranty period (photo/video required)

  • Items officially marked lost in transit by the courier

  • Sale items, unless otherwise stated

Not Eligible for Refund:

  • Cases not caused by KitchenMaiden

  • Items outside the 30-day warranty period

Additional Notes:

  • Orders with active disputes or chargebacks cannot be refunded until the payment provider issues a final decision (may take 30–45 days).

  • To receive a refund immediately, buyers must cancel or lift the dispute first.

  • Email refund requests to help@thekitchenmaiden.com.


REPLACEMENT / EXCHANGE POLICY

Replacements may be issued under the following conditions:

Eligible for Replacement:

  • Same-item replacement for items damaged, defective, broken, tarnished, or missing parts (within 30 days; photo/video required)

  • Orders returned to sender due to address issues — one reship allowed with updated address

Not Eligible for Replacement:

  • Cases not caused by KitchenMaiden

  • Items outside the 30-day warranty period

Sale items may be replaced only when proven damaged or defective within the 30-day warranty period.
